My name is Sandy Flory although I am a generalist, I enjoy working with clients who are going through life transitions as well as clients coping with situational depression, loss of a loved one or a relationship status. Using the body as an ally, I work somatically using techniques derived from Mindfulness Therapy, Person-Centered as well as Internal Family Systems therapy.
