Therapist Overview
No one should have to feel alone or unsupported during life’s difficulties. Many of my clients come to therapy because they are experiencing depression, anxiety, or loneliness. These difficulties are often related to their relationships, identity struggles, trauma, or major life transitions. I enjoy working with individuals who feel overwhelmed/stuck, and/or disconnected from themselves, peers, or significant others, in order to help them regain confidence and connection. Additionally, I often work with couples (engaged/dating/married) who are distressed and struggling to connect, communicate, and find peace in their relationships. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples to help partners strengthen their connection, reduce conflict, and communicate effectively. I’m also trained in working with individuals who have a history of trauma. And frequently work with clients from a Christian background who wish to integrate their faith into therapy. As a therapist
