I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, especially those of cognitive-behavioral origin. Having worked in a number of settings, I have broad experience as a counselor and therapist. Those settings include outpatient mental health, university counseling, school counseling, and in-home autism treatment. These varied experiences have all enriched my career; however, my heart lies as an outpatient psychotherapist, so this is where I’ll stay.
