Using an active, hands on approach you will begin to change patterns of thought and action that are leading to difficulties, limiting you or sabotaging your happiness. With attention to detail, I have created a therapy space that is soothing and relaxing. It’s a comforting space, designed for you to unfold and examine internal and external things that are weighing you down; giving you the opportunity to let go of those things that are no longer working for you and leaving space for growth.
