Therapist Overview

Life is different now. Amid the uncertainty, it possible that you’re feeling anxious, depressed or shut down. Whether you’re adjusting to a life transition or have experienced loss, trauma, illness or caring for someone who is, having support may be helpful. Regardless of your circumstances, I’ll work collaboratively with you to access what already exists within you! While the journey toward health and wellness is on-going, accessing your body’s innate wisdom may be instrumental. In discovering your mind/body connection, it’s possible you’ll begin to experience a sense of well-being and stability that you’re seeking right now. As a social worker certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, I often use this mindfulness based approach to transform the effects of trauma. Depending upon your experience, it’s possible that our work may involve giving you the tools to help you feel better, thus changing how you’re thinking and feeling. I also integrate other approaches, too! Taking the time
