Instead, you are snacking, drinking, and spending more time on Netflix or social media. Or perhaps you are easily irritated by your family or simply feel too tired or depressed? Whatever the reason may be, you just can’t get motivated or don’t know where to begin? You want to be more productive, eat well, exercise, and get along with your family. Therapy can help you get there. Rather than thinking of therapy as treating a mental illness, it’s more useful to think of therapy as improving your quality of life. My office provides therapy either in person or teletherapy using HIPAA compliant platforms. I will meet with you and/or the family to evaluate the problem and discuss the best approach to treatment.
