Therapist Overview

I offer videoconference therapy over the HIPPA compliant “zoom” platform. My initial focus is to create a confidential, safe environment for a person to talk about their concerns. I offer psychotherapy that provides a way to understand problems and patterns related to moods, thoughts, behaviors and relationships; to find ways to untangle them; and to develop new ways of seeing and responding. This work will support you in developing self-compassion, accessing your sense of agency, and cultivating effective coping strategies. I’ve worked with people who have had numerous different kinds of problems over the last 30+ years. Each person’s situation is unique. I am honored to be a part of the process. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
