A mindfulness instructor since 2003, I offer a deep level of presence that meets you where you are, building trust for the exploration and location of all necessary strengths and resilience within your own history and experience. I can coach you through a career transition, help you process painful experiences, and help your teenager navigate the new challenges he or she faces. I can help you make sense of your past, live more joyfully in the present, and gain newfound hope for the future.
