Welcome to my practice! I specialize in working with adults who struggle with anxiety, racing thoughts, sadness, perfectionism, not feeling “good enough,” family of origin and multicultural issues, relationship challenges, and life transitions. As a former college soccer player, I also have a special interest in working with current and former athletes, who may need support with things like anxiety, mood concerns, managing transitions (ex. from high school to college sports), burnout, team dynamics, injury, life after sports, and balancing multiple demands. I emphasize strengths, transparency, and genuine feedback (from both sides) in order to tailor each therapy experience to meet the goals we set together. Once we understand the patterns that get in the way, we can make intentional changes that can provide relief and significantly improve quality of life.
