Therapist Overview

When people seek therapy there is often a need to understand who we are, how we relate to others and our role in this world. As your therapist, I will provide a safe space where you can uncover the experiences that have shaped you and brought you to where you are today. Together we will embark on a journey to reconnect you to your true self and increase your satisfaction with your life. I enjoy working with individuals and couples from a wide variety of expressed identities, cultural backgrounds, and lived experiences. I use a holistic approach because everything in our lives (i.e. health, relationships, work etc.) is connected and affects everything else, and therapy is most effective when we look at the whole person. An important part of the work of therapy is the relationship between client and therapist. Choosing a therapist is a very intimate and personal process that can’t always be done by simply reading a profile. Please call me for a brief, free consultation to ask any quest
