I truly enjoy working with people who are looking to excel in life, who are struggling to manage their emotions healthily, trauma survivors, teenagers (13+), pastors, marriages, and anybody looking for a safe place to work through life. I tend to have a direct and caring approach to counseling, and I mainly want to explore and find truth with my clients. I find that I work best with people who are willing to be a partner in the therapeutic process and can handle some bluntness about what is going on in their life. Anxiety and depression are specialties of mine. This is mostly because I tend to focus on the unhealthy emotional coping skills behind the conditions and then work on how to gain and apply knowledge towards getting people healthy.
