Hello! If you are here then you have taken the first step in self care and healing! I graduated with a Master’s of Rehabilitation Counseling from Bowling Green State University in 2009. My focus is providing individual and family therapy for adults, adolescents and children. It is my goal to help others improve their emotional well-being, manage stress, improve self image and interpersonal relationships and improve overall well being using holistic-client centered approaches. My background is in crisis intervention and inpatient treatment. I treat Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Self mutilation, Addictions, Behavioral issues, Self Confidence and Relationship improvement. My style of treatment is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
