I am not a traditional clinician and do not strive to be. I have respect for the complexities of life, especially the challenges that are presented to children, adolescents, and families. I am appreciated for my relatability, empathy, strong advocacy skills, transparency, and for telling it like it is! With years of experience in the mental health field, I use an integrative approach to therapy. I believe the power of the therapeutic relationship can begin the process of healing and discovery, and I seek to create a safe space for collaboration, exploration, and inclusion. I offer a DBT skills group for high school age youth (14-18 y/o), parents, and young adults (19-22 y/o), as well as individual and family counseling. I am a lively therapist and will use various mediums to meet clients where they are.
