Therapist Overview
I am an independently Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a supervision endorsement and I am a Board Certified Art Therapist. I am a graduate of Ursuline College, (1997), and completed a 2 year clinical training program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland in 2007. I provide a safe supportive space in which healing can begin and I utilize a holistic, person centered approach. I focus on each individual’s strengths and provide support to enhance coping skills. I also have the training to utilize the creative process of making art to improve your physical, emotional and mental well-being. I have over 22 years of experience working with adults, children, adolescents, couples and families both individually and in a group setting. Specialized areas of expertise include the Adoption Triad, LBGTQ+ populations, women’s issues, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, dual diagnosis, couples and family systems issues. After hour and weekend appointments are available. Our office is known to be open to all ethnicities, nationalities, gender expressions, sexual orientations, and religious/faith preferences. All are welcome, all will feel safe.
