Therapist Overview

I provide a welcoming, safe, and non-judgemental space for adolescents and young adults to explore constant feelings of worry, self-doubt, and uneasiness about the future. During this process, I provide support, validation and skills training to find control in managing distorted thoughts, overwhelming emotions, anxiety, and creating healthy, supportive relationships. I see each client uniquely and I want to help you learn more about yourself and find confidence in making the necessary changes to feel happy and secure. I work with adolescents, 12-18 years old, in building trusting relationships that promote healthy emotion regulation, safe boundaries, positive relationships, increased self-esteem, and impulse control. I work with adults to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, life-phase transitions and more. In addition, I co-facilitate DBT adolescent groups at Cherry Creek Psychotherapy where we incorporate a hybrid of skills including Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotion Regulation and Distress Tolerance.
