Therapist Overview

Hello! I believe the power of therapy lies in improving your relationship to the world, the people close to you, and ultimately to yourself. I use our relationship as our guide in your journey to heal, transform, and navigate life’s challenges. While I provide therapy to people from all walks of life, I especially enjoy working with gay, lesbian, queer, trans, and nonbinary individuals and people of color. In therapy together, we will create an affirming space to understand what’s going on for you, reflect on the factors contributing to your current needs, and explore ways to move forward. I offer individual psychotherapy for adults and pre surgical assessment for those individuals pursuing gender affirming surgery. I look forward to hearing from you to see if we might be a good fit. Send me an email or give me a phone call so we can set up a time to talk with each other.
