Therapist Overview
My objective is to listen and collaborate with clients or groups to identify, heal, and move forward with whatever obstacles that hinder life. I practice at Strong Integrated Behavioral Health in Corvallis. I look forward to working with clients from all backgrounds. I strive to create a safe place that promotes trust, understanding, and internal strengths. Along with traditional talk therapy, art, music, and mindfulness can be incorporated into my practice. I have experience working in urban, rural, and international environments. I have worked with offenders, domestic violence, disaster survivors, grief, and with substance abuse. I also enjoy working with college and high school students. I love to learn about each individual and allow them to be their own expert. After all, who knows you better than you? Sometimes taking the first step can be the most difficult. However, therapy can be a powerful tool that facilitates perspective, personal insight, healing, and strength. If this is not your 1st time in therapy, I want to assist in continuing work on a foundation that already has been laid. Please do not hesitate to contact my office to start services.
