Are you afraid to trust yourself, to be yourself? I’ve worked for 20 years with adults abused, traumatized, and/or neglected in childhood. . I’ve studied in depth and continue to study Attachment, Trauma, and Gestalt and Body-Centered Therapy, the theories that show that persons who suffer PTSD, psychiatric and emotional problems in adulthood have suffered abuse and neglect in their childhood.
