Grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and difficult relationships are all stressors that can leave us feeling overwhelmed and lost. It takes courage to seek support and even more to be kind to ourselves. I am trained in and utilize a variety of both evidenced based and theoretical modalities. I believe in meeting my clients where they are at. You are the experts of yourself and your family. My job is to create a safe and non-judgmental space from which we can work collaboratively. I believe that the relationship between the therapist and client is the most important catalyst for change and therefore value engagement and finding the “right fit”.
