Therapist Overview

As a therapist I am passionate, kindhearted, and empathetic to the daily struggles impacting individuals in today’s complex world. I believe in using a strength-based perspective to help clients identify and reach goals while understanding the individual needs and desires of each client. Viewing the individual in the context of their environment allows me to gain a more holistic view of the client and the external stressors impacting their daily lives. I strive to create a non-judgmental, safe and supportive environment, empowering clients to fully utilize the therapeutic space. I integrate a wide range of treatment options including CBT, Trauma-Informed Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. My clinical training includes work with diverse populations of all ages with a variety of challenges and strengths. I have experience working with anxiety/depression, mood disorders, perfectionism, self-concept, adjustment, trauma and abuse. I received my MSW from Columbia School of Social Work
