A warmest hello to you. I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, and a doctoral candidate. I hold a Master of Science degree in General Psychology, and a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis on Marriage and Family Therapy. Currently, I am nearly at the end toward earning my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. I am a trained EMDR therapist as well. I have over 15 years of working in the mental health field and being a psychotherapist and a clinician is my calling. We are all burdened with life’s stressful factors, some more and some less. Unresolved childhood trauma, war trauma, disappointment with unfulfilled expectations, grief over the loss of a loved one, are just some of the life events that shape our mental wellbeing. When our defense mechanisms become overwhelmed with struggle and pain, mental disorders overtake us and we are crushed.
