My work uses an affirmative, nurturing approach where I provide a safe place for my clients to explore how their lives may be more connected to loved ones, friends, family, and self. In our work together I provide passion, curiosity, a sense of humor, and ways to help overcome unhealthy patterns and find inner peace. I specialize in those struggling with adult and adolescent eating disorders, body image, substance abuse, anxiety, and depression. As I was an entertainment executive and television agent for over 15 years, I have expertise working with writers, producers, actors, and executives who face the unique struggles within the entertainment industry. I have a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. I am passionate about helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, substance abuse, and addiction.
