Therapist Overview

In our work together, I’ll help you explore your personal history so that you can achieve a deeper understanding of your current problems and achieve greater self-awareness. I believe our early experiences and traumas show up in our current lives and can manifest themselves in a myriad of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Therefore, I view therapy as a guide moving us towards the necessary clarity needed to live more purposely, thoughtfully, and with greater self-awareness. My approach is guided by a blend of therapeutic models that allow an opportunity for self-exploration from a variety of perspectives. Specifically, the following models inform my approach: Psychodynamic, Relational & Attachment, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Biofeedback. My aim is to provide an environment where you will feel respected and understood yet challenged to engage in meaningful self-exploration. I offer therapy services on a flexible schedule, including Sundays, as well as Monday and Tuesday evenings.
