I offer a safe and compassionate environment where you can begin to heal. No matter what challenge you are facing, we will work together to create and sustain positive change in your life. My approach is holistic including mind, body and spirit. I use a variety of modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and mindfulness. Adjuncts to talk therapy may also be used including guided meditations and/or creative activities. Together we will find what works best for you. I have experience in the treatment of anxiety and depression, trauma, grief and loss, substance use disorders, domestic violence and sexual assault. I have worked as a psychiatric crisis clinician and have provided in home therapy to children experiencing behavioral and emotional difficulties.
