To be in a room with someone, to show up with their vulnerability is a deeply moving practice that I find sincerely meaningful. Fundamentally, I believe in the rich complexity of a human being and appreciates how challenging and distressing life can be. I use an ACT-oriented approach to help being struggling with how to live more values-driven, richer lives. Clients that are looking for more authenticity, purpose, or who are struggling with depression and anxiety may benefit from working with me.
