As a relational person, I believe that my connection with a client is an honor. I see pain as an unavoidable part of the human experience, but believe that suffering is optional. No matter your story, I hold hope that freedom and peace are possible. I believe there isn’t a person you couldn’t love if you understood their story. If you are struggling with the impact of childhood or recent trauma in your life, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, anger, eating disorders, attachment and intimacy difficulties, or recovery from narcissistic abuse; and don’t mind a person walking alongside you, I’d love to meet you. My experience as a counselor began in 2005, and includes extensive treatment of Trauma, Complex PTSD, Interpersonal & sexual violence/abuse, Codependency, Difficulties with anger, Eating disorders/Addictions, Men’s issues.
