I wholeheartedly believe that though we may feel lost or under-resourced in the moment, we already have everything we need inside of ourselves to be living a life of deep fulfillment, joy and an experience of wholeness in our lives. I begin with careful listening to your needs, your story, and your truth. I follow you, more companion than guide, helping you to reconnect with your authentic voice while exploring the limiting ideas and beliefs that may stand in the way of you living the life you envision for yourself. The therapeutic journey encourages turning towards, instead of turning away, from ourselves. In order to be fully met by relationships, and fully present with our children, our careers, our passions, we must first endeavor to truly know ourselves.
