It can be hard to reach out for help. It is for that reason that I believe in supporting my clients, through empathy and emotional connection in order to help you reach your desired goal. My experience includes work with individuals, couples and families. I particularly enjoy working with couples, at any stage in their relationship. In order to best meet the unique needs of my clients, I approach each situation with thoughtfully applied interventions that are firmly grounded in clinical theory.
