I serve clients who look to expand their self-awareness, emotional intelligence and seek to uncover and process traumas and psychological wounds. I have experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, acute and chronic trauma, OCD, BPD, Schizophrenia, and other mental health disorders. I enjoy working with immigrants and refugees dealing with acculturation, racial identity, and bicultural issues. I often help my clients see themselves not only in the context of their internal psyche but also in the context of the various external systems to which they belong. I consider it to be an honor to walk this journey alongside the clients I serve. Our work typically centers around increasing the client’s awareness of what is not conscious and to recognize what is difficult or painful.
