At times an individual may want extra support to talk about and or explore areas in their life that are causing stress, which can lead to anxiety, depression, mood changes, substance use, compulsive behaviors, and anger. If anyone of those emotional or behavioral issues become significant it can affect relationships, education, finances or day to day functioning. In session, the individual will examine some key areas that may be impacting thoughts, behaviors, and emotions related to stressful events, experiences, relationships or memories. Have been working with children and families along with individuals focusing on trauma, anxiety, depression, anger management, and family therapy. My experience has been working as an In-Home Family Clinician, Daycare Counselor and affiliate for Sweetser. I have attended numerous trauma workshops and ethical dilemma training. When working with clients I understand there is no set formula for helping or managing difficulties each client may experience. I use an Integrative Therapeutic approach and combine my experience and sensitivity as an artist to provide insight and support.
