Are you tired of failing to follow through on your promises? ADHD is my area of specialty when working with children, teens, college students and adults. Making significant change begins with identifying and understanding your choices. My work is helping you and/or your student select good choices and stay with these choices. Quality of life is honoring these choices in yourself and in others. I welcome your call. ADHD often begins with an assessment to accurately identify it’s characteristics as well as any co-occurring conditions, such as depression, anxiety or relationship difficulties. Next involves multi-layered interventions to establish and maintain change. ADHD work is never done in isolation and blends work on other issues. I teach workshops on ADHD each semester at Santa Barbara City College, Center for Lifelong Learning.
