I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and families. The decision to enter counseling is often a difficult one, but the rewards from a positive and productive experience are life changing. My goal is to create a safe, trusting, and supportive environment in which an individual can examine and clarify the issues that concern them, seek solutions, and create positive change and growth in their lives and relationships. I work from a relational and systemic perspective. This means I am interested in how problems develop in relationship and as part of larger systems including family, community, work, and culture.
