I have compassionately supported a diverse group of clients (at Silver Hill Hospital in New Canaan, CT and elsewhere) by teaming with them to address issues such as: addiction and co-occurring disorders; anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, identity development and acceptance; low self-esteem, emotional self-regulation; stress management; relationships, family conflict; co-dependency, career struggles; academic difficulties; grief and loss; and other life transitions.
