Therapist Overview
I work actively and collaboratively with my clients, addressing the obstacles that may be preventing them from achieving their goals in life, in the arenas of both work and relationship. I am experienced with a range of issues, including such challenges as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, self-esteem problems, grief and loss. I work with individuals, couples and families. We all filter life’s opportunities and challenges through the lens of earlier experiences; we have assumptions and beliefs about the world that may or may not be accurate. Therapy is a safe space in which to examine those beliefs, understand how they shape our behaviors, and experiment with change. It is a great honor to accompany my clients on their quests to achieve greater fulfillment in their lives, and I am dedicated to the work that we do together.
