My relaxed and nonjudgmental style of interacting make many people feel safe who otherwise would not want to discuss problems. My clients present challenges in their relationships such as anger, communication and intimacy. Many seek self-awareness, more positive thinking and communication strategies. I coach couples to know themselves and their boundaries, and to be clear about their agreements. Clients learn skills and strategies for relationship dilemmas, ego management, sexual issues, grief, and invasive thinking. I’m available evenings and weekends, including Sundays, which is often helpful. Counselors needing a supervisor for their intern hours may also work with me. I’m relaxed, personal, and judge no one. Clients may feel alone, but there is usually someone who has encountered a similar experience or made similar mistakes.
