Therapist Overview

I bring natural skill, compassion, and extensive experience to my psychotherapy practice with adults, children, and families. I am a Master Trainer at the Yale Child Study Center and also work as clinical consultant to provide training to other therapists. I have a menu of treatment options that can be tailored to clients of all ages. I also work with parent-child dyads and couples who are struggling with co-parenting. My work with individual adults utilizes both body focused interventions (from my background in Gestalt therapy) and insight oriented and behavioral techniques (from my background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). My warmth, humor, and expertise create a supportive space to process life events, help you gain relief from pain, and move towards your goals. I am an active participant in treatment.
