The truth is that we all have flaws and each person has some degree of ‘mental health’ issues ranging from daily stress to severe symptoms. Each of us has had unique life experiences which impact who we are and become a part of our story of growth. I will use a person centered approach to addressing issues you may be having, while assisting you in learning skills to manage your life circumstances. You are not alone. I am here to help and together, we will figure out this thing called life. I have experience working with clients from very young children to adulthood. I view and understand client’s issues through a multicultural, person-centered, and psychodynamic lens, while integrating CBT, mindfulness and play techniques. I aim to provide a place of safety and understanding for each person I see while addressing their individual needs. I value authenticity and strive to provide a sense of empathy and non-judgement. My goal is to provide a container for the difficult things you are dealing with and encourage you to unpack your stress and worry, while processing your emotions in a safe non-judgmental place.
