Sometimes these difficulties are due to unexpected life circumstances or life transitions and some difficulties are caused by underlining mental health challenges or disorders. Engaging in therapy is one tool that a person can use to assist with working through and managing these difficulties. I provide therapeutic intervention and support, meeting you where you are at and helping you to achieve the goals you have for yourself. Depending on what your goals are, I work from a platform of evidenced based modalities such as Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance Therapy, and Play Therapy to name a few. Engaging in therapy can at first be scary and daunting. My goal is to help you feel supported and comfortable with the process so that you are able to start your transformation into the person you want to be, successfully managing your challenges.
