My practice is devoted to working with individuals who are struggling in life and who seek out therapy as a helpful and supportive tool to foster growth and change! I collaboratively work with adults providing individual and group therapy that addresses areas that include self-esteem, life transitions, uncomfortable emotions, relationships and reducing/managing symptoms connected to anxiety, depression, and trauma to name a few. I am a creative, empathetic practitioner with over 15+ years in the field. In addition to private practice, I have worked primarily in a community clinic with those who struggle with a myriad of problems.
