Therapist Overview

**NOTE: I’m not currently accepting new individual or group clients.** I specialize in providing therapy for young adults, millennials, and creative professionals of all kinds. I am very experienced in treating mood and anxiety disorders and also help many clients with grief, early loss, relationships, men’s issues, chronic medical problems, overcoming toxic family environments, and coping with existential anxiety. Empathy, compassion, and humor are the foundations of my therapeutic style. NOTE: I’m currently all-virtual due to COVID-19, but in the future will return to in-person practice in Union Square/Flatiron. There are many different “schools” of therapy, and I believe strongly that the best approach is an adaptable one.
