I specialize in providing individual counseling for adults, adolescents, children and their families. I have extensive experience working with clients in crisis and assisting with stabilization. My approach is client-centered and individualized to meet my client’s current needs. My goal is to assist clients to reach their potential well being through education and modeling skills, while assisting to identify barriers that prevent change. My therapy approach is guided by dialectical-behavioral and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am also certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy and fully trained to do EMDR to assist individuals who have been diagnosed with PTSD due to trauma. I am certified as a Transgender Care Specialist.
