My clients can change anxiety, ADHD, autism, or pain with live brain feedback called neurofeedback in online or office visits. Clients control music volume with their calm attention levels. It is a faster mindfulness therapy for kids and adults, and is sometimes called EEG biofeedback. It is proven to work as well as medication for anxiety, ADHD, and pain. I have years of experience as a therapist. Neurofeedback is supported by The American Academy of Pediatrics and The Minnesota Dept. of Health and Human Services for treating ADHD and anxiety.
