Therapist Overview

Family Therapy is successful with a wide variety of symptoms and problems. Often people seek out services that can isolate them and their problems from the context that it is existing in. I specialize in working with troubled youth and their families, I also see couples and individuals. My focus is on modifying family and outside interactions, in order to create a context that produces well being for all. My professional training and education has been in psychology and marriage and family therapy. I have worked systemically with individuals, couples, families, and groups in agencies, schools, and private practice. I have worked extensively with children of all ages and have found a particular fondness for working with adolescents. My mission is to support parents and spur on young people to know their value, learn the skills that are essential for peace, and know how to pursue their gifts. I am currently a PhD student at Texas Wesleyan University, where I also see clients on a regular
