Sometimes we or a loved one can end up feeling lost – not knowing where to turn for help or support. Having someone to talk with, to explore your challenges with you can be an incredibly positive experience. I’d like to come alongside you, your adolescent, or your family to help you on your journey to your best self. I work with adolescents, adults and families. My areas of focus are adolescent and college student concerns (friendships, breakups, self-esteem, adjustment), women’s emotional health (well-being, prenatal/postpartum concerns, fertility challenges/loss of pregnancy), eating disorders/body image, family therapy, failure to launch, and career. I also perform gifted, psychoeducational, and psychosocial assessments. I take the time to get to know you so that therapy and therapeutic interventions can be tailored to match your needs and your personality style. I believe that a combination of pre-existing strengths, building new strengths, providing feedback from a new perspective
