My experience is working with adolescents and young adults who may have suffered from a trauma in their life, such as physical, sexual or emotional abuse, domestic violence, chronic illnesses, etc. I work with adolescents and young adults who struggle with depression, anxiety and transitions in their lives. When working with adolescents and young adults it is also important to incorporate the family in the journey of healing. My approach is holistic with a specialization of trauma. I believe in meeting each client where they are every time they walk through my door. I believe in seeing a person as a whole and finding strengths in every situation. I am passionate about helping clients take control of their lives and feeling empowered. I am in the office on the weekends.
