Offering TeIetherapy. I know what it is like to struggle and just how hard it can be to reach out for help. Is something in your life preventing you from achieving what you want in life? Is anxiety, depression, transitions, school concerns or something else getting in the way of the life you want to lead? I am passionate about helping people work through barriers and issues preventing you from living the life you want. I meet with adolescents on peer & school related concerns. I have experience working with college students, adults, seniors, couples and families. I have additional training and experience with the LGBTQ community, I have found ACT or Acceptance Commitment Therapy, CBT, and Solution Focused Therapy to be helpful in understanding and getting the help needed to work through concerns related to life direction, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, self-compassion and other mental health concerns. We all need help at times. Although we are unique individuals we do share the need to find meaning and get closer to what is important to us on this journey called life.
