I provide mental health assessment, treatment planning, individual, family and group counseling to those who desire evening and weekend availability that reside in the North Houston, Spring, and Humble area. My ideal client is someone who is motivated to reflect on their life, improve their understanding of their difficulties, and will work to identify ways to make important life changes. I enjoy working with children, adults, and families who want to improve their life and relationships. I specialize in working with clients on issues related to life transitions, relationships, family stress, self-esteem, and life satisfaction. I work with clients to understand stressors, increase self-awareness, enhance coping skills, and recognize their own strengths. I utilize a relational and strength-based approach when working with clients.
