An ideal client is someone who is committed to go beyond just getting through a challenge and instead experience powerful transformational with my guidance and support. Issues include human and pet loss/grief, chronic illness/disability, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions. My unique system, “7 Steps of Hope and Healing”, provides a “short cut” to transformation, which I developed on my own journey of healing fibromyalgia, reinventing myself. The 7th step is “Play in the Balance and Balance in the Play.” The 1st Step is “Surrender Without Giving Up,” often the flip side of Step 7. Both require a sense of humor! My specialty is transformational grief work for both humans and pets, especially anticipatory grief journey of the gut-wrenching decision to euthanize your pet. My system of 7 Steps of Hope and Healing is applicable to many life challenges, providing a deep dive going beyond just “getting over” your issues to transforming yourself through your challenges.
