Providing a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment is my goal. We will work together to rewrite your story to find the joy and happiness in life again. Work, school, and/or life stress to life adjustments, you do not have to fight the battle alone. Over the last nine years I have worked with teens, young adults, and adults on sorting through an array of challenges. New life roles, grief, broken/ended relationships, starting new chapters, or getting to the root of what is causing the imbalance are struggles nobody should have to manage without support. Areas of focus include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma. Specialties include Postpartum Depression and Anxiety including associated mood disorders and birth trauma. Many feel constant worry, stress, difficulty relaxing, a lack of attachment, extreme fatigue, and as if they are going through the motions. More than the “Baby Blues.” No two individuals are the same. An integrative approach addresses healing through a social, emotional, behavioral, and spiritual model.
