I’ve found that most of us already have what is takes to move past the challenges and sometimes we can’t get there on our own. I specialize in working with teens and families as well as individuals and couples to seek understanding and clarity to reach a happy healthy outcome. Often clients will come to my office feeling in distress or some kind of emotional pain. I want you to feel safe and comfortable in our conversation together and feel permission to go at your own pace. I work with clients from a warm and empathetic style that puts emphasis on the relationship to help guide the process. I find that collaborating helps me understand your needs better and allows for an authentic connection. I offer help in finding areas of our lives that leave us with unbearable feelings, to offer support in those areas making us feel more connected and fulfilled.
